Responsibilities
Facility Services is hiring a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician, this position is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all OMRF properties. The residential or commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician maintains and improves the condition, quality, and integrity of all building systems. Must be knowledgeable in building control and monitoring systems. This position requires computer work to control and troubleshoot OMRF environment. Participates in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies as needed. Attends and completes required training. Completes repairs and duties as directed in a timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and three years of relevant experience or training in building system controls. Knowledge of building maintenance systems, including preventative maintenance and work order record keeping. Current Oklahoma HVAC journeyman license and valid driver’s license required. OMRF has mandated the COVID-19 vaccine for all employees, excluding those with an approved medical or religious accommodation, as a condition of employment.
