Responsibilities
Join a welcoming, dynamic, diverse, diligent Human Resources team and make a difference! We seek a super organized, highly confidential individual with a keen attention to detail and strong communication skills. This essential position involves performing the day-to-day responsibilities in HRIS entry, reporting, and other employee recordkeeping areas. Vital functions include assisting with payroll processing, filing personnel and benefits forms, updating internal and external website information, answering phones, providing general customer service, acting as a positive OMRF ambassador, and verifying and maintaining I-9 documentation. Our new teammate may also submit background checks, process new hires, run and distribute various reports, track review forms and other data, act as department assistant backup, provide project assistance, offer recommendations for processes, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education and experience. The successful candidate must be extremely detail oriented, adaptable, reliable and customer focused. The ability to multi-task, maintain strict confidentiality, function effectively in a team environment as well as independently, work effectively with a highly diverse customer group, and demonstrate basic problem-solving skills is essential. Must have excellent computer (MS Office Suite), communication and organizational skills. OMRF has mandated the COVID-19 vaccine for all employees, excluding those with an approved medical or religious accommodation, as a condition of employment.
