The Manager, Enterprise Project Management (EPM) is responsible for leading project professionals whose primary purpose is to drive the implementation of Moffitt's portfolio of strategic efforts. This role coordinates and partners with Shared Services and Operational Leaders in the scoping, translation, definition, prioritization, selection, funding, implementation, and realization of the organization's strategic priorities, as directed by the Director, EPM. As an experienced Program/Project Manager, the Manager, EPM serves as the key mentor to Project Managers and other EPM Roles.

- Advanced features of Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Project Portfolio Management software
Responsibilities:
- Expert knowledge and proficient in the use of portfolio, program, project and change management methodologies, techniques, and tools, including resources capacity planning and management. Evidence of delivering complex projects within budget and schedule. Demonstrated knowledge of how to construct and review effective project budgets.
- Strong relationship building skills, able to influence internal and external stakeholders with shared and divergent interests, function or matrix environment required.
- Systems thinker, fact based and analytical problem solving.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to EPM team members and challenging projects.
- Ambassador for PPMO (EPM and PEx teams)
EDUCATION/ LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree -Field of Study: Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management
- PMP
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree
- Certified Prosci Change Practitioner
- ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required:
- Minimum of seven (7) years in Project, Program, or Portfolio management.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a client or patient focused environment, experience with information analysis, resource and capacity planning, problem solving, budgeting, team coordination, strategic planning, and quality management.
- Minimum of (3) years leadership experience as supervisor, team lead, program manager, manager, or above, leading cross-functional teams, experience within a formalized Project Management Office (PMO), using an industry-standard Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, and experience of Earned Value techniques and reporting.
Preferred:
- Healthcare Project/Portfolio Management experience
