What You Will Achieve
Your expertise in the manufacturing domain will help Pfizer with the operations required for the assembly and packaging of finished goods. You will manage product finishing scheduling, setting up, operating, maintaining, and adjusting processes or packaging equipment. You will be a team member who is relied to have a good understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. Your decision making will help you prioritize workflows based on the available resources.
You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks, some of which may vary in scope, sequence, complexity and timing. You will contribute to the team’s success by sharing your previously acquired knowledge. You will be relied upon to maximize quality and efficiency; completing batch records and associated documentation, and working in an integrated computerized manufacturing environment.

How You Will Achieve It

GMP
Meets daily GMP requirements
Providesinputintomeetingsand addressing new GMP expectations
Ensures working areas are audit-ready state &maintainsgood housekeeping
DemonstratesKnowledge of unit &DP (Drug Product)area procedures and production records
Providesinput (redline) andgathersunit consensus on procedure changes
Drug Product Operations:
Maintain logbooks and files for annual record retention
Assists / Creates MFGR/RIDS/PA/RQ transactions in SAP
Assists with PTVA process and line trial requests
Final reconciliation of logs and review of batch records for completeness, correct calculations for SAP entries and records management
Manage purchase orders for production areas
Performs material discrepancy adjustments for production areas
Perform inventory cycle counts as determined by SOP
Manage ARIBA transactions and purchases for area
Investigate inventory ERP issues and errors with involved areas
Supports OJT/SOP creation and reviews while updating Training Curricula for the area which includes reviewing, entering in PLS, and filing completed OJTs.
Perform transactions in SAP and MBR systems
Participate in projects and other departmental initiatives
Understanding and Maintaining production schedules
Core processes of assigned job positions
Good attendance and on time to the floor

Works with Technical personnel defining & implementing new requirements
Identifies/implementsunit improvements (i.e.,safety, process, cost reduction, efficiency, Zero Defect)
Qualifications
Must-Have
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years’ experience
Experience of related experience and/or training
Math and reading skills required for Standard Operating Procedure, Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} and Batch Record comprehension
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Self-motivated and willing to learn new and changing responsibilities
Ability to contribute to department success in a team environment and perform tasks at a productive level under demanding conditions
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Extensive lifting / lowering up to 55 pounds, sitting, standing, walking, repetitive motion and flexibility in an office setting.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Positions are staffed across multiple shifts, depending in the business unit’s need. Weekend, holiday, and overtime may be required to meet business or customer needs.

The salary for this position ranges from $18.74 to $31.23 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
