Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to China Compliance Lead(VP) with administrative activities, including travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, etc.
  • Assist VP daily work to ensure information transmission, follow-up, feedback timely and effective
  • Cooperate with the arrangement of internal & external activities, team events and meetings, do meeting minutes and meeting follow-ups
  • Support the stakeholder function relations and networking
  • Provide necessary administrative support to Compliance Department to arrange the logistics for internal & external
  • Assist Compliance Department on documentation and filing, plus general office facility and IT support
  • Keep an order filing for department head ensuring all financial key documentations are well kept and easily identified
  • Settle, review and track payments to enabling functions and agency, may extend to budget management subject to candidate capability.
  • Supervise the assigned alliance activities and project
  • Settle travel logistics and other related arrangement for alliance & partnership head
  • Support to initiatives that require department head’s involvement
  • Maintain the calendar of alliance & partnership head and take a role as reminder/facilitator
  • Coordinate with each functional leader to prepare reports and documents as required
  • Provide internal support to different functions to ensure smooth operation within the division and cross function
  • Familiar with Compliance policy, including but not limited to MAPP, T&E policy, operation policy & procedure
  • Other secretarial supports assigned by department head
  • Partially support Compliance programssubject to candidate capability and team planning

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least three years related working experience
  • A good team worker
  • Solve problems properly and efficiently
  • Good English skill (oral & written)
  • Good at Microsoft office, word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Proactive and high level of work ethics
  • Attention to details and good time management
