Job Description

Non-tenure, Full time- open rank professor

Will provide general anatomic pathology and clinical pathology services for medical center. Will participate in the education and supervision of pathology residents, fellows, medical technologists, medical staff and visiting students. Will pursue research/scholarly activity and services as appropriate for a faculty member. Provide pathology related lecture series to pathology residents as appropriate. Research and scholarly activity with pathology residents and interdepartmental physicians to include quality improvement projects.



Qualifications



Medical degree (MD or DO) minimum
American Board of Pathology, AP/CP Board Certification
State of Tennessee Medical Licensure or eligible
Fellowship training in an area of pathology subspecialty (as appropriate)
