Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Consumer and Health Care Provider (HCP) Horizontal Value Propositions is responsible for ideating broader value proposition, identifying and articulating engagement opportunities across the funnel for different products and markets, and suggesting models and partnerships to address opportunities.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ideate consumer value propositions that may be optimized or created across products and geographies
- Ideate HCP value propositions that may be optimized or created across products and geographies
- Ideate consumer engagement opportunities across the funnel for different products and markets, such as partnerships, to address opportunities
- Partner with products / market to test, validate, and execute customer engagement initiatives
- Partner with CFCs and others to market to test, validate, and execute customer engagement initiatives such as within Specialty Hubs or EMRs
- Facilitate consumer engagement monitoring – in collaboration with the Business Insights & Reporting – and continuously evaluate effectiveness of consumer relationship strategies in order to inform and adapt consumer relationship programs
- Facilitate Health Care Provider and staff engagement monitoring – in collaboration with the Business Insights & Reporting team – and continuously evaluate effectiveness of consumer relationship strategies in order to inform and adapt consumer relationship programs
- Create process to test, value, pilot, and scale ideated opportunities.
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) organization and other organizations within Pfizer, including:
- Partner with the sales rep team and product marketing teams for ideation and socialization.
- Partner with Applied Intelligence & Insight to ensure accurate measurement and to optimize reporting
- Partner with Digital to ensure alignment on value proposition development.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years of experience
- Experience testing and validating value propositions
- Experience creating journey maps, systems maps as well as qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience partnering closely with Legal and Compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrix environment
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to execute with speed and high quality
- Demonstrated business acumen, strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
- Track record of strong networking and working collaboratively across functions and geographies
- Role model for the Pfizer Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy)
- Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
