Job Description

主要工作内容:

1. 负责辖区内各级经销商及渠道终端的管理,确保公司分销政策的执行,管理进销存,回款,订单,数据,沟通协调等日常工作

2. 参与选择当地符合要求的经销商,参与地区商业渠道的优化工作

3. 参与制定和监督执行合理的分销政策,评估和提交终端发货计划,保证商业渠道畅通,并确保公司应收账款及款期

4. 负责商业数据的收集,上交,和录入,并对数据,票据,及库存情况开展抽样及核查,确保渠道数据的真实性和完整性

5. 负责辖区内的DTP药房业务管理,确保公司DTP药房业务健康有序开展

6. 参与选择当地符合要求的DTP药房,并对DTP药房进行评估管理,保证DTP药房所提供的服务符合辉瑞要求

7. 负责辖区内公司产品投标工作,熟悉相关政策,协调内外部资源,解决招投标工作中的问题,为公司争取最佳中标机会和结果

8. 熟悉药品准入相关管理政策和路径,执行公司准入策略,有效沟通和协调内外部资源,最大化市场的准入和覆盖

9. 负责管理辖区内商业项目的执行和落实,处理和解决项目工作中遇到的挑战,保证项目目标的达成并保持商业合作的延续

10. 收集,分析,并准确传递市场信息,为公司业务战略规划的制定提供参考

11. 与销售,准入,财务,政务,DTP管理团队等相关部门保持密切和良好的沟通

12. 确保所有工作严格遵守公司法律和合规要求

任职要求:

1. 大学本科学历或以上,医药相关专业优先

2. 至少3年以上的相关岗位工作经验

3. 流利的中英文表达和写作能力

4. 较强的沟通及跨部门团队协作能力

5. 良好地组织计划和业务规划能力

6. 优秀的学习能力,熟练使用Office办公软件,适应出差

7. 优秀的团队合作能力,具备较强的工作责任心和正直的品质

Major Responsibility:

1. Responsible for regional distributor & channel management; Ensure proper execution of Pfizer distributor policy; Operate routine work such as purchase, sales, inventory, account receivable, order, data, and coordination.

2. Participate in selecting qualified distributor; Participate in regional channel optimization.

3. Participate in formulating and supervising proper distribution policy; Evaluate and submit terminal demand plan; Secure channel circulation & AR.

4. Responsible for data collection, submission, upload; Perform data, invoice, and inventory level sample check and verification to ensure channel data authenticity and integrity.

5. Responsible for managing regional DTP pharmacy business, ensuring the healthy and orderly operation of the company's DTP pharmacy business.

6. Participate in selecting locally qualified DTP pharmacies, and assess and manage DTP pharmacies to ensure that the services provided by DTP pharmacies meet Pfizer's requirements.

7. Responsible for regional tender; Familiar with tender law and regulations; Coordinate internal & external resources to solve tender problems and strive for best winning opportunity & result.

8. Familiar with pharma access regulation and route; Execute Pfizer access strategy; Communicate effectively to maximize access & coverage.

9. Responsible for regional distributor project execution; Cope with challenges in project operation and ensure project target achievement & partnership continuation.

10. Collect, analyze, and accurately convey market information for decision-making reference.

11. Keep tight relationship with Pfizer departments such as BU, KA, Finance, GA and DTP management team.

12. Strictly abide by Pfizer legal and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, pharmaceutical related background a plus.

2. At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry working experience.

3. Fluent oral and written English ability.

4. Strong communication and cross-function collaboration ability.

5. Good organizing & business planning ability.

6. Excellent learning ability; proficient Office ability; Comfortable to travel.

7. Excellent team-work capability; Exhibit high responsibility & integrity.
