** Hybrid Work Schedule - 2 Days onsite in Duarte, CA **
The Project Coordinator is a member of Enterprise Support Operations. This is an opportunity to support leadership and business flow enterprise wide in a variety of different departments.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Support Enterprise Ops purchase requisitioning and ongoing invoice monitoring while maintaining logs.
Monitor purchase orders to ensure adequate funding.
Support monthly chargeback process for team including pulling POS and Inventory reports and distributing to appropriate leaders
Setup and maintain stipend data; Submit bi-weekly reports to Payroll.
Oversee daily maintenance of group inboxes, BFS/Request intake; Route/file. - Scheduling, preparing, and distributing established reports.
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements).
Two years of experience in business office and administrative analysis with skill at creating and utilizing tracking and controls systems.
Preferred training and experience:
- LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt training

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $24.72 - $35.71 / hour
The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
