>Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and driving commercial strategy on the Vaccine Business, capturing insight of the eco-system dynamics to enable Vaccine business growth in a sustainable way. This role works closely with the Vaccine business team and alliance partners to facilitate BD strategy development, lead commercial strategy transformation and evolvement to maximize growth opportunities and keep improving both productivity and competitive advantage. This role is also extensively responsible for the performance dashboard development and follow-through mechanism establishment on EP and Vaccine business. This role is expected to support the PMO & Operation Excellence Lead on Vaccine related critical initiatives.

>Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enable sustainable growth and transformation of Vaccine business

- Develop the performance dashboard to empower the decision-making of the EP and Vaccine business team

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, BAI) to provide accurate and relevant performance assessment and propose action plans to EP and Vaccine business team

- Develop anticipating & mitigation management toolset and controls to mitigate any potential risks on the Vaccine business; Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to address compliance issues if any

- Lea compliance-related projects and ensure adherence to regulatory standards

- Support PMO & Operation Excellence Lead to ensure optimal resource allocation within Vaccine business through guideline design and monitoring; Rebalance resource allocation across strategic priorities and business functions accordingly

- Monitor and manage the key Vaccine projects, ensuring they are delivered well-within the timeline, scope and budget

- Utilize process improvement methodologies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency, make the adjustment/proposals as needed

- Collect feedbacks from cross-functional teams within and across BUs/functions to continuously improve the Vaccine operations, solutions, and processes

- Act as a liaison between the BU, cross-functional team, and external partners

>Candidate Qualification

- Excellent analytical abilities

- 5+ years in Operations, Strategy, Business Planning, with a strong emphasis on project management and operational roles

- Proven experience in the China pharmaceutical industry, particularly within MNCs

-Proven influencing capabilities with analytical results

- Understanding of market dynamics and fast learning capability around industry policies
