How you will contribute

Your strong communication and collaboration skills will help the team to run its operations efficiently. You will focus primarily on administrative coordination and support within the Oncology Team but also across Pfizer. You take the initiative to represent our department in cross-functional teams as well as in your coordinator work group. You are proactive in sharing knowledge and expertise with other colleagues. You are seen as someone who promotes teamwork and always motivates others to achieve team objectives. Your systematic approach and organizational abilities will ensure that communication between departments and within the team is seamless. It is your engagement and focus that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients in Sweden.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Provide the full range of administrative support activities across your department with a “One Pfizer mindset”
  • Plan, book and coordinate meeting logistics
  • Manage purchase orders through the system and track invoices
  • Manage and process contracts in a compliant way in relevant systems
  • Deliver tasks and projects with high quality in a timely manner, identifying priority tasks/issues and with an innovative approach resolve them with urgence
  • Work well in a self-managing culture, assume increased levels of responsibility and take accountability for decisions and outcomes
  • By a curious, agile and brave mindset.
  • Collaborate closely with your administrative colleagues to ensure appropriate support across Pfizer
  • Manage your own time, professional development and prioritize workflow.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, higher education is beneficial
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience demonstrating the ability to proactively carry out administrative functions proficiently, and to complete quality work in a timely manner
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Both Swedish and English proficiency is required
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office-programs and applications such as Ariba/SAP or similar systems
