Description
Apple Music is looking for an extraordinary Screening Engineer. As a team member your primary responsibilities are:
-Develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate processes for screening issues in our software.
-Compiles and assembles software from source code.
-Ensures tools are stored in source control.
-Supports developers for triage and analysis of issues.
-Works with others to complete analysis, evaluations and design alternatives and to implement process improvements.
-Collaborate on automation tools for screening.
-Maintain documentation of features for team.
-Monitor communications in screening chat rooms.
-Run reviews for development teams to keep issues moving through our system.
-Escalate issues found in screening to appropriate development engineers in order to make sure submissions are made on time.

Minimum Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and become part owner in our automation process.
- Comfortable with rapid development cycles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly.
- Excellent and pro-active communication skills
- Self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for debugging and problem solving
- Basic understanding of macOS/iOS
- Strong scripting skills/interest including JavaScript, Python, Ruby
