Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to support groundbreaking research at TGen by providing support to a Distinguished Professor and Executive VP of Molecular Medicine. The role involves managing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, including calendar oversight, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and catering, while collaborating closely with the team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Plan and prepare for meetings, tours, and events.
  • Handle proactive calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Organize conference registrations and maintain memberships.
  • Manage communications by answering calls and monitoring emails.
  • Prepare presentations, expense reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Sort, scan, and print documents for daily mail bag.
  • Navigate journal inquiries and assist in accessing research articles.
  • Type dictated emails and letters of support.
  • Maintain shared drive resources and ensure timely meeting preparations.
