Job Description

Summary

Provide support in coordinating Neurology projects by compiling reports, entering data, and documenting approvals. This position will coordinate day to day research operations for Neurology faculty, provide support for research projects and grant submissions for faculty, and complete purchasing task within SRM system along with capital purchase item request.

Job Duties

  • Assists with preparation of grants and subcontracts submissions by gathering and submitting financial and research data.
  • PreparesBudget revisions when needed.
  • Assists Research Administrator and Director of Business Operations with the BCM fiscal year budget preparation regarding grant and clinical trial funded projects.
  • Maintains financial records for each grant or account, including applications, revenue checks, communication with
  • sponsor, etc.
  • Is responsible for compiling and ordering but not limited to supplies and capital items that our grant funded.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.
