Salesforce Project Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies, SAFe ART events including coordinating business demos, retro meetings and Scrum of Scrum meetings
- Assist the Product Owner as needed with backlog maintenance, internal and external communication
- Provide guidance and coaching on Agile best practices to the teams and the wider organization, ensuring that Agile practices are adopted consistently across all projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that risks are identified and managed effectively and that the project is on track to meet its objectives.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards of the Salesforce Projects
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure that applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable
- Finances & Contracts: Manage programs budget allocations; Ongoing Forecasts, Payables and Accruals;; Vendor invoice submissions; Financial Reporting to leadership/ePMO; License Management; Contract Reviews
- Resources: Onboarding and Offboarding related activities; Track project assignments; Compliant with Training Needs (CIA, SDLC, Agile)
- Project Information Systems: Project monitoring tool, Information Protection, Risk Management, Configuration Management and other Internal Project Data Tracking tools
- Project Documentation & Process Guidance: Adherence to SDLC Process and Project checkpoints; Adherence to Internal PMO processes and SOPs; Internal Project Audits; Documentation in regards MS Teams, SharePoint, Gnosis
- Program Executive Reporting: Develop and present Portfolio program statuses and executive reports to Portfolio program leadership (including Client partners and ePMO)
- Program / Project Quality Assurance & Risks: Weekly status Reporting; Maintain RAID Log and manage Risks; Monitor schedule and quality; Projects compliant with Portfolio PMO processes and SOPs; Agile & Scrum Metrics
- Project Closure: Setup of Application Support structure; Transition to Support; system entries; Gnosis and Approved Documents; Compliance Report
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience developing custom solutions in Salesforce CRM platform.
- 3 + working experience in scaled agile environment
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in Salesforce.
- Experience working with project management / PMO methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Safe or Agile.
- Working experience in project management working on Budget management, Resource management, Project documentation, Executive Reporting, Quality Audits and project closure activities.
- Experiencein an Agile/Scrumdevelopment methodologies within sizable corporateorganizations
- Experience working with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Safe or Agile.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Knowledge of software security principles and experience implementing security controls in Salesforce, including OWASP, CIS, and NIST standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Led and managed Agile Release Train and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications that may include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder
- Coordinated program and project external audits
- Technology certifications such as Copado, GitHub, Test Automation Tool Suites (e.g. Pytest, Selenium, AccelQ)
- Agile trainings and certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile SAFE
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Patient Connect product, systems within the Patient Services functions
- Knowledge of database, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics, and services technologies, Tableau analytics and reporting
