As part of the business support team, you will represent your organizational unit in administrative matters, recommending, interpreting and implementing company's internal administrative policies and procedures. Your will perform a combination of administrative tasks in functional areas.
You are recognized as an advisor to colleagues in the team due to your comprehensive knowledge and skills in your area and understanding of the larger organization. You are innovative in identifying solutions to problems by taking a broader perspective that benefits the organization. You encourage collaboration and communication within the team and across groups to influence desired outcomes. You train others and provide guidance to the team that helps us achieve our goal of providing the best healthcare to our patients.

How You Will Achieve It
- Manage own time to achieve targets and prioritize workflows.
- Allocate work of others and assist in establishing their priorities.
- Responsible for providing input for performance assessment of team members.
- Oversee planning, organizing and managing the progress of meetings, programs or projects.
- Be the key interface with the Field Force or Field Sales Team around Customer Relationship Management process, operations and reporting.
- Manage project payments in Portfolio Information System and ensure compliance related to study budget management.
- Provide high quality financial data to our Finance partners for monthly accruals.
- Support the Business Unit management in case of regular and ad-hoc requests.
- Represent Manager in day-to-day situations and respond to requests appropriately.
- Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.
- Support the development of new local marketing materials.
- Deliver reporting and analytics to Commercial Operations colleagues.
- Provide audit and inspection management assistance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of administrative support experience
- Experience that demonstrates ability to proactively carry out personal or Executive Assistant functions proficiently
- Demonstrate resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong understanding of both pharma industry and scientific academic research environments
- Knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes
