The Business Analytics and Data Science Department at Saint Mary's College of California invites applications to teach one course for the Fall Term 2025 on Analytics for Effective Decision Making for the MBA Program.
This course provides a foundational exploration of quantitative analytical methods for data-driven decision-making in managerial contexts. Key topics include descriptive statistics, probability distributions, sampling techniques, statistical inference, hypothesis testing, and the development and application of linear regression models for predictive analysis.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a Master's or Ph.D. preferred in a relevant area of Business Analytics/Data Science or a closely related field.
Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the graduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies. This position requires all course work to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.
