Additional Position Information
Under the direction of the Director of Advancement IT and Data Services serves as senior technical support within Advancement to provide support of information technology initiatives for the Advancement division. The incumbent shall serve as a technical specialist for the division’s CRM software and associated software platforms, services, mobile and online tools; and shall develop, test, deploy, implement, and manage technology deliverables intended to support alumni and development objectives. As directed by the Director, the incumbent shall work closely and collaboratively with colleagues within Advancement, Information Technology Services (ITS), and respective software vendors to meet such objectives. The incumbent shall demonstrate the ability to: work effectively both as a team member and independently; handle multiple complex projects simultaneously; exercise exceptional judgment as it pertains to the planning and preparation of future technical needs; prioritize time and effort effectively; and communicate effectively, articulately, and amicably with both technical and non-technical staff.
