Job Description
Summary
Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital is seeking a staff physiatrist to join our team supporting the Texas Medical Center and satellite locations.
Job Duties
Clinical responsibilities involve supporting inpatient and outpatient programs, inclusive of consultations, procedures, multidisciplinary collaboration, and coverage of the only CARF-accredited pediatric rehabilitation unit at Texas Children's Hospital. The role also includes serving as teaching faculty for medical students, residents, and pediatric rehabilitation fellows, with the opportunity to develop quality improvement and research projects and partake in professional development activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education: MD/DO
- Minimum Certification/Licensure: Board-certification/board eligibility in Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with fellowship training
